Refund Policy

We want ReplayEdge to be an easy yes — and an easy exit. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for all paid plans (Player, Coach, and Elite, monthly or annual). Billing is processed securely by Stripe.

1. Free Trials

If you start a free trial, you get full access to the selected plan during the trial period. Your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. The price and trial length are always disclosed at signup. Cancel during the trial and you will never be charged.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase)

If ReplayEdge isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund that charge in full. This guarantee applies once per customer, to your first paid charge only (monthly or annual).

4. Renewals

Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable, because access to a digital service is delivered immediately. However, if you were charged a renewal you did not intend and contact us within 72 hours of the charge without meaningful use of the Service in the new period, we will issue a refund as a courtesy.

5. Annual Plans

Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. They are covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee above. After 7 days, annual fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the year, but you can cancel renewal at any time.

6. Billing Errors and Duplicates

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and verified billing errors are always refunded in full. Contact us with the charge details and we will fix it promptly.

7. EU/UK Consumers

If you are in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your subscription immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once the service has begun; our 7-day guarantee above still applies to your first charge.

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund-and-resubscribe behavior.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email support@replayedge.io from the email on your account with the words "Refund request" in the subject. Include the approximate charge date. We aim to respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (bank posting times vary, typically 5–10 business days).
